Sales Admin Lead

Summary of Job Description:

Seeking a dynamic customer service representative to work at our facility in Bound Brook, NJ. The lead will provide hands-on leadership to our business teams to ensure productivity and a quality customer experience. In this position you will lead and participate in day-to-day operations of the department, train and supervise team members, handle escalated issues, analyze and solve problems, and manage resources and inventory. Party will also be responsible for offering sound feedback and direction to team members and ensuring the consistent application of policies/procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with Logistics / Operations Manager to ensure that the implementation of new strategies and initiatives to effectively meet or exceed customer expectations. 
  • Provide hands-on leadership by demonstrating process knowledge, leadership skills and customer service knowledge.
  • Conduct training on systems and processes for all new associates and offer retraining of current users, and maintain training records accordingly.
  • Manage daily/weekly tasks associated with the department's processes, resources, staffing and customer demand
  • Be knowledgeable of the KPIs, such as team morale, customer satisfaction, productivity and quality.
  • Resolves problems and makes decisions in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for sales region.
  • Promote a success-oriented accountable environment
Experience:

This Position requires 2-4 years customer service experience providing overall direction, implementation, and continuous improvement within a customer service environment. 

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred, experience may substitute for education.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands or finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

The duties of this job are performed in both an office environment and a warehouse environment, thereby experiencing some minor to moderate level of noise due to office equipment and warehouse equipment and may require extended hours in order to meet customer's needs. Travel may be required to customer locations.
