CNF Inc. (NYSE:CNF) announced today that Patrick J. Fossenier has been promoted to vice president, investor relations.
Mr. Fossenier has 20 years of experience in corporate financial management and investor relations. In his role with CNF he is responsible for communications outreach and relationship management with institutional and individual investors as well as Wall Street securities research firms.

Mr. Fossenier had been the company’s director of investor relations since rejoining CNF in 2002. Prior to that, he spent two years with a computer hardware and software enterprise managing the company’s financial and investor relations programs.
He had previously worked for CNF from 1985 to 2000, joining the organization originally as an accounting manager. He subsequently advanced through a series of increasingly responsible positions, and in 1996 was named director of investor relations, a position he held for four years.
Mr. Fossenier is based at CNF’s headquarters in San Mateo, California and is a native of Grand Junction, Colorado. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Colorado State University and an MBA from Golden Gate University. He is a member and former chapter vice president of the National Investor Relations Institute.
