CNF Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend on Common Stock
SAN MATEO, CA - January 24, 2006
The Board of Directors of CNF Inc. (NYSE:CNF) yesterday declared a cash dividend of 10 cents per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable March 14, 2006 to shareholders of record February 14, 2006.
CNF is a $4.2 billion freight transportation, logistics and supply chain services company with businesses in LTL motor carriage, air freight and ocean forwarding, logistics, supply chain services, warehousing and trailer manufacturing.
