Con-way Inc. Board Declares Quarterly Dividend On Common Stock
SAN MATEO, CA - January 30, 2007
The Board of Directors of Con-way Inc. (NYSE:CNW) yesterday declared a cash dividend of 10 cents per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable March 15, 2007 to shareholders of record on February 15, 2007.
