Joe Tillman Named Vice President of Finance for Menlo Worldwide

SAN MATEO, CA - Jun. 08, 2006 - Menlo Worldwide (NYSE: CNW) announced today that Joseph E. Tillman, a 34-year veteran of the freight transportation and logistics industry, has been named vice president of finance.

Tillman joins the Menlo organization from Vector SCM, the global logistics management joint venture between Menlo and General Motors. In his new position, he will have worldwide corporate responsibility for the strategic management of finance and accounting operations throughout the Menlo organization.

“We’re pleased to have Joe assume this key role for Menlo,” said Robert L. Bianco, Jr., Menlo Worldwide president and CEO. “His understanding of the organization and experience in financial operations will contribute significantly to our management team.”

He was previously vice president and chief financial officer for Vector, a position he held since Vector’s founding in 2000. Over his 34 years of experience he has served in a variety of management and financial accounting capacities, including vice president and controller for tank-truck operator Matlack, Inc. controller and corporate budget manager for Emery Worldwide, and director of finance for Emery’s airline unit.  He had earlier worked for a number of other major industrial companies, progressing through a series of increasingly responsible accounting and finance assignments.

Tillman earned his undergraduate degree from the California State University at Long Beach. He received his MBA from St. John’s University in New York.
