Con-way Inc. Board Declares Quarterly Dividend on Common Stock

SAN MATEO, CA - Jun. 26, 2006 - The Board of Directors of Con-way Inc. (NYSE:CNW) today declared a cash dividend of 10 cents per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable September 14, 2006 to shareholders of record on August 14, 2006.
