Boles joined the Ft. Worth-based less-than-truckload carrier in 1990 as a dockworker in Knoxville, TN. That same year he was promoted to a driver sales representative and in 1994 was promoted to freight operations supervisor. In 1997 he was promoted to freight operations manager at the Nashville, TN service location. He was promoted to service center manager of CSE’s Rome, GA facility in 1999.
