Con-way Inc. Board Declares Quarterly Dividend on Common Stock

SAN MATEO, CA - Sep. 26, 2006 - The Board of Directors of Con-way Inc. (NYSE:CNW) yesterday declared a cash dividend of 10 cents per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable December 14, 2006 to shareholders of record on November 14, 2006.
