Tom McKillop found a profound interest in international business early on in his career. His position as international finance manager with Menlo Worldwide Logistics is a perfect fit. Tom oversees the accounting and finance activities for 31 Menlo Worldwide Logistics subsidiaries in countries around the world. He is responsible for the timely and accurate financial management for all foreign subsidiaries, and is also tasked with ensuring tax compliance. Tom also manages Menlo Worldwide Logistics’ accounting personnel in the U.S. and overseas.

As the Menlo Worldwide Logistics organization has grown, transforming from a largely domestic business model to having an increasing international footprint on five continents, Tom has had the opportunity to grow, too. “Being with Menlo Worldwide Logistics has enabled me to work with different people from around the world, which has been both professionally and culturally rewarding,” Tom says. Working in an international business environment for a dynamic, growing company has made it fun for Tom to come to work every day. Daily exposure to foreign business customs and different cultures has enabled him to expand his knowledge of the global economy and satisfy his personal interest in international events.

Before coming to Menlo Worldwide Logistics, Tom worked in the logistics and freight industries, and in public accounting with an international accounting firm.
