Retirement Savings Plan

This 401(k) account provides an opportunity for employees to contribute to their own retirement income through pre-tax payroll deductions.

The Incentive Compensation Program

The Incentive Compensation Program is Con-way’s very own bonus plan. It is based on meeting company-wide performance and profit goals, which are set each year by the management team.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan

Con-way Inc. is a publicly traded company (NYSE:CNW). A voluntary opportunity to purchase common stock through regular and convenient payroll deductions is available to all employees.

Health Benefits

All active, regular, full-time employees are covered under the health plan. The plan provides coverage for a broad range of healthcare needs, including hospital, surgical and medical care; prescription drug; dental care and vision care. Coverage begins the first day of regular, active employment. The cost of premiums for coverage depends upon the health plan selected.

Life Insurance

Basic coverage in the amount of two times the basic annual salary is provided at no cost to employees. Employees can elect to enroll in optional life coverage, and optional accidental death and dismemberment insurance is also offered.
