Disclaimer: Any agreement between Con-way Freight and either a shipper, consignee or third party, which has not be utilized within the past twenty-four (24) months shall be classified as a dormant pricing agreement. All rates, discounts and pricing on a dormant pricing agreement shall be null and void and any shipment tendered after a pricing agreement has become dormant shall be rated based off CNWY-599 effective on the date of shipment.
