I want to register everyone at my location so they can use the same user name and password. Can I do this?

Although this is technically possible, we strongly discourage this practice. Why? Two reasons: One, in the event that an employee leaves your company, he/she would still know the password for your entire location. You would have to request a change of password for your location, and get the word out to all your employees. Two, and most importantly, the site offers personalization-driven functionality. Users are able to customize the site, their preferred services and even build customized reports.

Why does it take 48 hours to verify my registration for Reports/Manifests (or Claims Tracking or Freight Bill Copy)?

These applications involve transfer of your sensitive business information. To ensure the continued protection of that information, we ask your patience while we verify your registration information prior to using Reports/Manifests, etc.
