Reporting Concerns and Complaints Regarding Accounting, Internal Accounting Contracts or Auditing Matters

Any person (including Con-way employees, suppliers, customers, consultants, advisers or service providers) who wishes to report a concern or complaint relating to Con-way accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters should make a report in writing to the company’s compliance P.O. box at:

All complaints and concerns relating to Con-way’s accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters will be received and processed by Con-way’s director of corporate compliance, and will be promptly referred to Con-way’s audit committee.

If possible, you will receive a written acknowledgment from the director of corporate compliance upon receipt of your written complaint or concern.
