Supply chain services range from integrated logistics to warehouse and distribution management, European transportation management, cross-docking, forwarder management and supply chain re engineering. Value-added services include reverse logistics, vendor-managed inventory (VMI), bonded warehousing, web fulfillment, packaging, kitting, order fulfillment and light assembly. Temporary storage space for seasonal surges or special projects is available, too.
European transportation management includes many modes: full truckload (FTL), less than truckload (LTL), parcel, air and ocean (short sea shipping). Menlo also offers air and ocean global transportation.
For complex supply chains, Menlo can function as a lead logistics provider (LLP) or 4PL. In this role, we take a holistic view of a supply chain, and use lean principles to reduce wasteful activities. Inventory flow is streamlined, costs are reduced and service is improved.
