Menlo’s Diversity Council was a grassroots effort coordinated by individuals at various levels and functions in the organization who recognized a need to formalize our approach to diversity and inclusion. These individuals worked together to propose a strategy to the uppermost levels of Menlo Worldwide Logistics. The program was embraced by senior management, and the Diversity Council was formalized.
