Menlo Worldwide Logistics is expanding continuously and currently operates 15 dedicated and multi-client European logistics centers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Ireland, Finland and the United Kingdom. This warehouse network can serve as a pan-European distribution solution using one or several facilities.

Our European Lean logistics operations are designed to empower our associates, and drive efficiencies throughout the organization working from the bottom up. Menlo will take on the responsibility of proactively analyzing warehouse and logistics performance and work with the client to establish goals for cost reduction and service gains. Lean principles of continuous improvement

Menlo is recognized as a leader in the use of Lean tools in its operations globally. In fact, Lean is fully embedded in our corporate culture and through its application, we provide customers with continuous improvement in cost-efficiency and operational performance for improved on-time delivery, service and waste elimination.

Comprehensive Logistics Services

As a third-party logistics provider (3PL), Menlo Worldwide Logistics focuses on delivering value and competitive advantage to customers through proven technology and Lean business processes. Services include:

  • Supply chain management
  • Warehouse management
  • Transportation management
  • 4PL or LLP

Supply chain services range from integrated logistics to warehouse and distribution management, European transportation management, cross-docking, forwarder management and supply chain re-engineering. Value-added services include reverse logistics, vendor-managed inventory (VMI), bonded warehousing, eCommerce fulfillment, packaging, kitting, order fulfillment and light assembly. Temporary storage space for seasonal surges or special projects is also available.

European transportation management includes many modes: full truckload (FTL), less than truckload (LTL), parcel, air and ocean (short sea shipping). Menlo also offers air and ocean global transportation.

For complex supply chains, Menlo can function as a lead logistics provider (LLP) or 4PL. In this role, we take a holistic view of a supply chain, and use Lean principles to reduce wasteful activities. Inventory flow is streamlined, costs are reduced and service is improved.

Menlo Worldwide Logistics' European headquarters is at the multi-client Amsterdam distribution center in the Netherlands.

Truckload Logistics Freight
