To have the website successfully auto-assign a PRO, it is necessary that BOL labels be printed and available when the DSR arrives.
What type of labels do I need to use to print shipping labels?
You have two choices:
1) Use AVERY Shipping Labels Laser 5264 or Inkjet 8164. There are 6 labels per sheet, and the label size 3-1/3" x 4". The labels should print fine on all laser printers and will hold up well in most situations. Inkjet printers can be used, but like anything printed on an inkjet printer, the labels will usually smudge if they get wet.
2) Use Zebra Labels that are 4"W x 3"L (for example, Zebra # 800540-305).
What should I do? Some labels print too small, or the labels don't align properly.
All printers are a little different, so we've provided three different
print options: Normal, Alternate 1 and Alternate 2. Normal is the default and
will work on most printers, so try that first. If you find the label
image is too small or out of position, try one of the other settings.
If none of the settings work, please send us an email, describing the problem and including the name and model of the printer.
What are the different positions?
Refer to the diagram below:

What type of barcodes are these?
