Con-way was the first LTL carrier in North America to offer free guaranteed service. And only Con-way offers free, guaranteed LTL on-time delivery to, from and within Canada. The Con-way service advantage includes more direct delivery points than any other single LTL carrier, as well as industry-leading next-day, overnight coverage. Con-way's large and growing freight-handling capacity means you can rely on a pickup as promised.
Con-way Gives You Two Ways to Access Guaranteed LTL Services
- If you're not on the current Con-way CNWY-599 tariff, you pay only a 20 percent premium on your already discounted rates. Just mark your bill of lading (BOL) or e-BOL "guaranteed," and we'll give it special handling and tracking, from your dock to your customer. Your shipment arrives on the day we say it will - including overnight freight - or you automatically receive a $0.00 invoice for net linehaul charges and fuel surcharges.
- If you're shipping under the current CNWY-599 tariff, Con-way will waive the 20 percent premium and your shipments are automatically guaranteed for FREE. If a shipment is late, you qualify for a $0.00 invoice for net linehaul charges and fuel surcharges. With either Con-way guarantee, it's on time or it's on us!*
*Shipments must be ready for pickup by 5 p.m. local time. For consideration of a claim, the debtor on the shipment must file a service-failure form on the Con-way Web site within seven days after the scheduled date of delivery.
**Points without direct service; temperature-controlled items; shipments marked for, or which require, liftgate service; and shipments affected by acts of God are excluded from Con-way services.
***Shipments marked as hazmat, or that subsequently require the shipment to be handled as hazmat as specified by the United States DOT, are excluded from this program.
