Troutdale, Ore., resident Luke Francis, son of Con-way Freight employee Paul Francis of the Portland facility, has been awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the Con-way Scholarship Program. This year, Luke graduated from Open Door Christian Academy where he was a member of the basketball and volleyball teams. He also was a member of the yearbook committee and the National Honor Society. Luke will attend Liberty University in the fall where he plans to study Computer Science and Engineering.
