Billings, Mont., resident Chasmine Haggerty, daughter of Con-way Freight employee Roscoe Haggerty of the Billings facility, has been awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the Con-way Scholarship Program. Chasmine, a graduate of Billings Senior High, will be entering her final semester at Montana State University: Billings where she studies Elementary Education. Her extracurricular commitments are many, serving as President of the Honors Club, volunteering in a 2nd grade classroom and volunteering to help 4th graders with their science fair projects each year.
