Beaverton, Ore., resident Cooper Roach, son of Con-way Freight employee Patrick Roach of the Portland facility, has been awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the Con-way Scholarship Program. Cooper recently graduated from Valley Catholic High School where he was a two-time State Champion in both Track and Cross Country. In addition to his athletic achievements, he was a member of the National Honor Society. Cooper will attend Santa Clara University in the fall where he plans to run and study Business.
