Columbus, Ind., resident Shannon Walters, daughter of Con-way Freight employee Richard Walters of the Edinburg facility, has been awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the Con-way Scholarship Program. Shannon, a 2013 graduate of Brown County High School, will be entering her second year at the University of Indianapolis where she studies Nursing. A Certified Nurses Aide, she has been a 4-H member for 10 years.
